RETURN, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT POLICY
- If there is any discrepancy of Product delivered and the Buyer wishes for return and refund, the Buyer must may initiate the return process within seven (7) days upon receiving the Product and ensure compliance on STI’s applicable return policy which may be revised from time to time as STI deems fit.
For avoidance of doubt, the countdown starts from the date the Buyer received the purchased Product to the post stamp date on the return Product.
- Return/exchange of Product or refund may be arranged under the following reasons:
- if any Product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
- if the Product is expired; or
- if the wrong Product which is different from the order is delivered.
- The return of a Product by the Buyer does not automatically warrant for a refund. STI will inspect the returned Product upon receipt of the same. If all and every condition in this section have been fulfilled, refund will be made to the Buyer. If the return of a Product is due to any faults attributable by STI, STI will reimburse a reasonable amount of courier charges for returning of the Product by the Buyer provided always that the courier payment slip is furnished to STI upon seeking refund. Notwithstanding the above, return or cancellations of any perishable Product are not allowed. To ensure that the Buyer are satisfied with the Product, the intended recipient should inspect the contents as soon as the order arrives.
- All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within an estimation of two (2) months to the Buyer depending on refund policy of the respective bank/financial institution. STI shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that the Buyer or any person may incur as a result of any delay attributable to the receiving bank/financial institution processing the said refund.
- For replacement or exchange of Product, Product must be returned to the designated office of STI within seven (7) days after the delivery of such Product. Product returned must be in good condition and STI have all rights to reject the request in its sole discretion as STI deems fit. For any refund or return request approved by STI, STI will organize the delivery of the relevant returned Product to the address provided by the Buyer to STI in writing for the completion of the refund and return process, at no additional costs to STI so long as such address is in the country in which the Product was listed for sale on the Platform. If the Buyer fails to provide a local address for return of the returned or otherwise fails to accept delivery of the returned Product within a reasonable period of time (as determined by STI), STI reserves the right to dispose of such Product in any manner it sees fit and the Buyer shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to such Product.
- The Buyer shall be responsible at all material time for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches STI at its designated offices of STI. STI shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product during the transit of such Product. The Buyer hereby advised to ensure the proper packaging of the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.
- Any replacements or exchange of Product shall be subject to stocks availability provided Product returned must be unused and in its original condition, quantity, and packaging as it is first delivered to the Buyer together with the proof of order, payment, and delivery of the Product.
- STI reserves the right to elect any method of logistics to facilitate the return of the relevant Product to the Buyer. The Buyer ought to understand and agree that in the case of the foregoing, STI has the right to recover from the Buyer any costs incurred in returning the Product, including by deducting such amounts from any amounts payable to the Buyer (if any).
