Delivery within Malaysia should expect to receive within 05 to 10 working days upon payment verification

Return & Refund

Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

  1. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
  2. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
  3. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.

Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and Customer wishes for return and refund, Customer need to notify Customer Service by phone +60 18 787 3399 or email report on the products upon 2 days of receiving the goods.



Customer must initiate the return process to Head Office within seven (7) days upon receiving the product.
